Installation:
-------------
Unzip the files into a temp folder.
COPY THE FILE “GaugeSound.dll” INTO YOUR MAIN FS2004 FOLDER OR / AND INTO YOUR WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 FOLDER
Copy the "DHC3 NG" folder with the subfolders in your FS2004\aircraft folder.
Copy the gauges from the "gauge" folder in the FS2004\gauges folder.
Copy the sound files from the "sound" folder in the FS2004\sound folder.

This plane has been tested with FS2004 only and probably only works correctly with this version.
I used a Pentium 4 3.8 and a Radeon X850XT PE graphic card. I don't know if
the frame rate is correct with a slower machine.
I used a resolution of 1280x1024 and the FS2004 running in "window" mode (maximized).
The joystick i used is not a force feedback so i can not set the forces correctly!

Otter NG
========
The Otter NG is a fictitious airplane which represents the possible future for the current DHC-3.
The Otter NG is equipped with a more powerful turbine, five blade Scimitar propeller and a new designed,
more efficient main wing. With these changes the Otter NG overtrumps its predecessor in nearly all flight
characteristics...

This version has been created only for FS2004. It is probably not compatible with previous FS-versions.

Important informations about the custom gauges:
-----------------------------------------------
Please read the "Manual for Otter NG.html".
It contains additional informations about the gauges and the airplane.

Credits:
--------
Model, animation, cockpit, dynamic Virtual cockpit e.t.c. all produced by myself.

The pilot model is from David Eckert (webmaster@daviator.com, www.daviator.com) freeware
The Seat model is from Brian Gladden.

The base sound files are from unknown persrons. I don't have there names and e-mail adresses so
it was impossible to me to demand an autorisation to use these realy grear files and unfortunatly it
is not possible to add there names in this credit section...

Many thanks to them all for their great work!

The most gauges are custom gauges and created by myself. The other are default FS2004 gauges and
freeware gauges (the flap lever)...

The custom gauges are intended to be use at a resolution of 1280x1024 and the FS2004 running in "window" mode (maximized).
For details about this see the joined screenshots...
They are still beta-versions and not tested in all possible situations...
If you encounter problems or bugs please send me an e-mail.
